The ideal candidate will deliver excellence in customer service when answering the phones for our clients using proper telephone etiquette and will embrace Telelink’s core values. You have the ability to work evening and weekend shifts; strong knowledge of internet navigation; typing speed of 30 wpm would be an asset; strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse company. - A Certificate of Conduct required
- Typing speed of 30 wpm would be an asset
